If your electric bike's battery does not charge, there could be several reasons:

1. The charger is not compatible with your electric bike.
2. Due to the limited lifespan of lithium batteries, your battery may be damaged, especially if it has been used for more than 12 months or left unused for 2-3 months.
3. If the green light is on when the power is plugged in, but the light does not turn red after connecting the electric bike, it's likely that the positive and negative connectors on the charger do not match those on your scooter, preventing power from reaching the scooter. You can try connecting the charger to your scooter through different interfaces.
4. If the green light turns off after connecting the electric bike, it could be due to an internal short circuit in your electric bike, triggering the charger's self-protection function. You should check your electric bike's battery and replace it if necessary.
